What We’ve Built Together

What we create are not just sessions, but spaces people can actually be in. Spaces where conversations feel easier, where expression is welcomed, and where mental health is approached in a way that feels real, not clinical. Every event is shaped by the people in the room, making each experience different, intentional, and grounded.

What Our Events Really Look Like

TheraSpace conducts mental health events across diverse spaces such as colleges, schools, NGOs, corporates, and community settings. Each space is designed to be interactive, engaging, and grounded in real experiences rather than one-way sessions.

Every space is built with intention and people at the center

We focus on creating environments where people can reflect, express, and connect, whether through workshops, discussions, or experiential activities. Every event is adapted to the needs of the group, making mental health feel more accessible, relatable, and easier to engage with.

Our Work Across Different Spaces

In schools like Good Shepherd and Akshar Arbol, we focus on empathy, boundaries, self-awareness, and emotional regulation. In colleges, including a guest lecture at WCC, we conduct enrichment sessions that connect theory to real-world practice. In corporate settings, we’ve facilitated sessions on work-life transitions and suicide prevention, including with Wipro.

We create interactive spaces through stalls and outreach. At the Youth Health Mela by the Cancer Institute, we engaged with over a thousand individuals through activities and games. We’ve also conducted stalls in residential communities, making mental health more accessible in everyday spaces.

We’ve also hosted curated experiences like Muse, which was an event on self-love and love languages, conducted at the Museum Café, Museum of Possibilities.
