Service Description

Swetha is a Counselling Psychologist with an M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology from the Madras School of Social Work. She brings 400+ hours of one-on-one counselling and 300+ hours of experience across psychiatric care, neurodivergent support, and mental health advocacy. Her practice is eclectic, integrating different therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s needs while creating a safe, inclusive, and collaborative space. She is currently deepening her training in trauma-informed care to support individuals navigating distress and emotional challenges.
