Sarumathi is a Counselling Psychologist with 100+ hours of counselling experience. To me, therapy is a space for slowing down and making room for yourself. In the middle of life’s noise, responsibilities, and expectations, it can be a place where you feel safe enough to reflect, process, and better understand your inner world without fear of judgment. With over 100 hours of experience in therapy, I aim to create an environment that feels calm, supportive, and safe enough for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges at your own pace. I believe meaningful healing begins when people feel truly heard, understood, and accepted as they are. My role is not to rush you or force solutions, but to walk alongside you with empathy, presence, and care as you make sense of your experiences. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain, or simply looking for a space to reflect and grow, I hope to offer a therapeutic relationship that feels grounding and meaningful. I see therapy as a collaborative process — one that gently supports self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal growth in a way that feels comfortable, respectful, and deeply human.
