Sana Ahmed is a Counselling Psychologist, Founding partner of Theraspace and a School Counsellor. With 240+ hours of impactful counselling experience, she offers a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for children and adults. Using an eclectic, client-centred and evidence-based approach. She works with concerns like anxiety, stress, grief, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem etc. She believes that every client has something new to teach her as they walk through the path of counselling.
